 On August 8, 2010, the Albanian city of Vlora was the place where another Youth in Action training course took place. The association “Beyond Barriers” and their training course entitled “Intercultural Approach in Conflict management” gathered 27 young people from all over Europe (Spain, Italy, Malta, Albania, Serbia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Latvia, Turkey, the UK, Poland and Kosovo), giving them the opportunity to meet new friends, new cultures, to learn new things, to have fun.

The training course "Fast Forward" took place in Novo Mesto, Slovenia. For 19 participants from 5 different countries (Slovenia, Macedonia, Italy, Romania and Serbia) the training was an opportunity to get to know new people, new knowledge and skills. The main aim of the training was to improve the creative skills of writing project, to get to know different kind of tools which can help to “put” ideas on paper. The first day of the training was “reserved” for getting to know each other. After the training was divided into two parts, in the first part we played intercultural games and we tried to discover other cultures. The second part of the training was connected with Youth in Action Programme. The main aim of this part was to prepare good application forms of the YiA projects as well as to discover more about Youth in Action Programme.

One month ago, I’ve participated on the “New media” training course in Ključ, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The aim of this training course was to reflect with the participants the importance of new media in the daily life of young people and to raise awareness for the importance to improve the attractive and creative medial realization of non-formal educational projects. Those had to stimulate exchange of experiences and an intercultural dialog under the participants and to support a networking within the “Youth in Action”.
